Le t\u00e9duglutide est un glucagon- comme l'analogue du peptide-2 (GLP-2). Il est compos\u00e9 de 33 acides amin\u00e9s et est fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 partir d'une souche d'Escherichia coli modifi\u00e9e par la technologie de l'ADN recombinant.<\/p>\n

Le teduglutide diff\u00e8re du GLP-2 par un acide amin\u00e9 (l'alanine est remplac\u00e9e par la glycine). L'importance de cette substitution est que le t\u00e9duglutide agit plus longtemps que le GLP-2 endog\u00e8ne car il est plus r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la prot\u00e9olyse de la dipeptidyl peptidase-4.<\/p>\n
