La lypressine est une vasopressine synth\u00e9tique de 8-L-lysine, un polypeptide similaire \u00e0 l'ADH. L'analogue de la lysine est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme plus stable et il est rapidement absorb\u00e9 par la muqueuse nasale. La lypressine (Diapid) est pharmaceutiquement disponible sous forme de solution topique, de spray, 50 unit\u00e9s de pression (185 g)\/mL dans des r\u00e9cipients de 5 mL.
